Like as though this is news to me! ;-)

Anyhow, I learn from a Sky News articles that...

The 1980s has been voted coolest decade of the past 50 years, according to a survey. Some 41% of people questioned in an online survey said the 80s was their favourite decade, followed by the 60s and the 90s. The Noughties polled as the least cool decade since 1960, with only 10% of people saying it was their favourite.

I am going to have to agree. The 80s had some of the best bands, movies and cultural icons. Everything these days is more or less one big pine (cry out) for the 80s to return, and everything made now just falls short of the mark. The only thing they can get right are video games.

Games look better because technology is more advanced. But I’m not going to forget where it began. The 80s had lots to answer for. Hell, where you’d we be without the 80s?
